Chenille machine:
Chenille spinning machine is a new type of spinning equipment for producing and processing chenille yarn.
Spinning process:
Chenille’s spinning process uses rotating head, spacer, cutter, twisting and other components. Each rotary head produces two chenille threads at the same time. Each chenille thread is composed of two core yarns and several cashmere head yarns (or decorative yarns). In the spinning process, the pile yarn is clamped into the confluence of two core yarns in the form of looping. While the two core yarns are twisted, the circular pile yarn is continuously cut into two and a half circles with a blade to form a very short pile, which is clamped in the twisting back of the two core yarns to form a chenille thread.
Remark: According to the characteristics of chenille yarn, it can only be used as weft yarn in weaving, and ordinary yarn or polyester network yarn is used as warp yarn.
