Damping cylinder is composed of cylinder and cylinder in series or in parallel. It uses compressed air as energy to drive the cylinder, and obtains stable movement through the damping adjustment of closed cylinder. Introduce:
The gas-liquid damping cylinder uses compressed air as the power source to drive the cylinder to move smoothly through the damping adjustment of the closed cylinder. These products are mainly used in machine tools and constant feed devices in mechanical cutting. The gas-liquid damping cylinders produced on the market mainly include integral series type and split type. The integral movement forms are divided into fast forward slow forward fast backward and slow forward fast backward. The form of split movement is divided into slow forward fast backward, fast forward slow backward, slow forward slow backward and fast slow forward combination.
The split gas-liquid damping cylinder is composed of gas cylinder, control valve and gas-liquid converter. The front end of the gas cylinder is connected with the oil port of the gas-liquid converter through the control valve (with the combined function of throttle valve and two position and two-way control valve). When the rear chamber of the gas cylinder is ventilated, the control valve is opened to realize fast forward. When the magnetic ring on the piston approaches the magnetic switch, the trigger signal closes the control valve, and the throttle valve acts as a damping to realize slow forward. When the upper port of the gas-liquid converter intake air, the cylinder returns quickly. This cylinder can realize the combination function of fast forward, slow forward and fast backward at any position.
