1. Used for yarn defect detection on electronic yarn cleaner
Removing yarn defects such as long and coarse knots, short and coarse knots, long details and double yarns is an important task of winding process, the last key to ensure yarn quality, and an important means to reduce end breakage and improve weaving efficiency and quality.

2. Electronic yarn cleaner of photoelectric sensor
Photoelectric sensor detects the geometric quantity (diameter and length) of yarn defect shape by converting it into corresponding electric pulse signal through photoelectric system. When the yarn defect passes through the detection channel composed of infrared light-emitting tube and photosensitive element, the light receiving area of the photoelectric receiver changes, and the output current pulse is amplified to form a voltage pulse signal corresponding to the shape of the yarn defect.
